Norman Lido frame numbers

Is there any record of frame numbers to enable me to date my Norman Super ?? Lido
This is currently in lots of bits but have managed to trace what I think is the frame number
The first impression is very unclear but might possible be 1 ?? or maybe a Capital Letter A ?? Followed by 03691
When  I purchased it, it was described as possibly been registered in Cardiff around 1962: UUH752
There is a transfer on the frame that says
"Supplied by A H Garside, 70 Cowbridge Road, Cardiff
if I manage to get it complete and in safe running order (unlikely) I would consider possibly trying to register it
However riding it may be difficult due to stiff right leg and low seat heat
Are there any suitable brackets for raising the seat height

as far as i know super lido's were made in 1960-61(Sachs engine) 62-63 was the Motobecane mk 3 lido.
