Norman Lido wheel axle sequence

Have managed to source a Huret Speedo Drive for my Lido
Have taken wheels out and removed spindles on both wheels
Both wheels had some ball bearings missing and possibly fibre and other washers
Have managed to source replacement 1/4 inch bearings
Now have problem of correct reassembly sequence for each axle and where the speedo drives fits on the front spindle

I have Lido parts booklet and some diagrams but not sure how it all fits together in correct sequence, I may also be missing some felt and steel washers

Any guidance welcomed
