Villiers 3K workshop manual

Hi good Norman folks!

anyone put me in touch with a supplier? (photocopied would be fine). Looked all over the Interweb
but still drawn a blank. Also, where's a good place for various replacement bolts/nuts etc for 3k? Most of the bolts on my engine seemed to have lost a fight with some idiot capable of wielding either a saw or on a good day, mole-grips!
