John Punnet was riding his Norman on Sunday and was in a collision with a car and caravan and suffered leg injuries.I believe he also broke his arm.He is in the Charrington Ward of the Royal Hospital in Whitechapel(phone 02073777082)I am told he is out of intensive care but still poorly. When I have any more news I shall let you know.Ride carefully Paul

Hello Normaneers.I am glad to be able to report some better news of John,I have heard that some brilliant surgery has been done to his leg with bits of titanium welded in to repair the damage. He is still in hospital but in much better condition than he was when he first went in there.Bye ffor now Paul

The most recent news of John is that he is being transfered to the Margate Hospital,so he will be closer for visiting and he is making progress.Cheers, Paul

Re: John Punnet
Hi Lee & Paul
I had also missed the pictures on the News Update part of the site as I have the Forum set up as a favourite and don't often ok at the main website. Paul's gold Nippy looks great. I have never seen one like that.
Apart from the Model C, I have two Norman Motobyks and also an Excelsior Autobyk. I don't know how to put pictures on this site but you can see them in action (and also undergoing roadside maintenance) on the NACC website, Recent Runs. Look for the Northern Ireland Section. The links below will hopefully lead you there. I will have a look at Facebook later.
All the best
John
