The Norman Cycles Club is based at the Willesborough Windmill in Ashford Kent, home town to the Norman factory. The motorcycles are rare and we are the only club dedicated to keeping them on the road.

All things being equal, I'm hoping to become the proud (scared) owner of a Norman Villiers 250 t2 as part of a job lot of bikes. I don't know much about them so I have a few questions.
* Where is the best place to find manuals/technical information?
* Where is the best place to find parts/spares? As far as I know, the only missing part is the left had side panel but I'm sure I'll need to replace/repair a few more parts!
* what, if any, are the 'weak spots' on these bikes? I want to make sure I address any inherent faults wherever I can

I'd also be interested in the current/potential value of the bike as I have absolutely no point of reference for Norman m/c's.
