Motorbike screen made by AML, HELP!!!
Hi
Just bought myself an old motorbike screen made by AML (late 50’s) to either fit on my Norman, Plover or BSA.
Problem I have is it came with no fitments to attach to the bike, I can make the part but need reference. Would anyone be able to help with how it fits and provide information on what the mounting brackets look like?
Hope someone can as I am really stuck.
Or would anyone know someone that could help.
Paul

Hello Paul.Where on earth did you find that,it seems to be in pretty good nick.I am sorry I cannot help with details of fixing but if I remember correctly they were usually quite simple brackets that fitted on to the topnuts of the forks and then were braced with clips around the handle bars. When I was a teenager if I bought a bike which had a screen it would be the first thing to be got rid of,now I would like to have one on my B1S,then in those days I would not even wear a crash helmet until I was thrown off and realized just how close to the road my head had been. That changed my mind a bit quickly.
