Which Tyres B2 Sport?

Hello, could someone please advise me on which tyres I should put on my 1952 250cc B2 Sport, size, make etc. Also the best place to buy would be very helpful.

Hello Kev,I've looked through my Norman books and the proper size seems to be 3.00 by 19 inches.You might find that some Metric sizes seem to fit but they are not an exact match and could cause problems.I run my Norman and my Triumph on Mitas tyres which seem to OK.You might be able to get Avon tyres from Vintage Tyre Supplies.My Mitas tyres were bought on ebay.Cheers,Paul

Thank you for your response. I got some Avons for it but I put a 3.50 on the back rather than the 3.00 as you suggested. So had to remove the centre stand for the time being as it hit's the tire in the up position...
